Hello there. This will either be the 15-150T Triple Support, for 1/2" thick coil springs, or the 15-205 support for 3/8" thick springs. You'll need to measure the spring thickness to see what matches best. See the video below that shows how to remove, inspect, and replace these sorts of coil balance assemblies.
