Window balancer

Question

I ordered some 140 model balancers that looked almost identical to these when I installed them I noticed they were round on the inside and didn't have that keyway type feature so they don't actually turn the locks, do you guys sell the little shaft in my sash that I can replace to match your 140 model

Hello there. This is not the Series 140 Coil Balance assembly. This is a 15-177 Pivot Shoe and Series 152 Coil Balance spring, sold separately. The pivot shoe of the Series 140 and the 15-177 have the same width and thickness, but there's no guarantee any of the pivot bars meant for the Series 140 are going to finish your window sash. Take a look at the 26-405 and 26-398. See if you think either of these could fit your window. Otherwise, opting for the 15-177 and Series 152 are your best bet.
