Window balancer

This balancer looks like a 25" series 765 balance. There are some slight difference. What parts would I need to recreate this?

Thanks for your post! Your window balances is a better match for our Series 795 Channel Balance. We can supply the replacement for it but I'll need to know how the balances install at the top of the window to confirm the exact assembly you'll need. Do they install using a screw or using a hook?

I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash. Yours does not cross-reference with those on our balances.

Please also double check that the length of the metal channel is 25". Balances with these types of stamp ratings typically have a length that is one digit higher than the actual stamp.

Feel free to reach out with any additional questions you might have!

It installs with a screw and the metal part is 25" exactly. I'll see if I can get the weight of the sash. How quickly can these be delivered?

Hello,

You'll need the S795-25 to replace your balances. The shoe you have is the 15-195B 1-1/4" open cam shoe. It is sold separately from the balance, so you'll need to be sure to add it to the cart along with the balances. They are fairly easy to swap out; please see the video tutorial, tagged below, for instructions.

I believe our 25E stamp may work in place of what you have, but you'll need to make sure the sash weighs between 25 to 28lbs. If it doesn't, please let me know the sash weight.

The pivot bar appears to be the 26-040. Carefully look over its dimensions, on the website, to determine if this is the best correct match.

You will be able to review all of the shipping timeframes and costs before completing the checkout process.
