Window balances

Thanks for reaching out. The balance you have here is a custom, Series 795 Channel Balance. It is "custom" because we'll need to add the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment to the top of the balances. I'll just need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase to get the quote made up for you; the quantity minimum is (2).

The shoe you have appears to be the 15-195B 1-1/4" Open Cam T-Lock Shoe. This is sold separately from the balance so it won't be included in the link. The good news is, they are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes on the balance.
