I have one balance the hook broke.I have 12 channel balances the t-lock balance shoe cams are broke but I can’t determine if they are open or closed cams since they are broken apart.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't confirm whether your old shoe had a closed cam or not since the cam is missing. However, the 15-194 closed cam T-lock shoe would be our best and only option.

We can help replace the balances but it must be a custom order since yours uses a hook like the 15-198. How many of the 34B balances do you need? We will also need to know the stamps on the other differently sized balances along with the quantity.

Our minimum for custom orders is 2, so I'll email you a purchase link for (2) S795-34 balances with the 34B stamp and 15-198 hooks attached that you can use to place an order on our website. The balances come attached with a default shoe that you will have to swap with the 15-194. The video below shows how to do so.

The 15-194 shoes are not included in this link so don't forget to add your desired quantity to your cart separately.
