The window is large & one side lifters broke & fell out. I need better top holders too, so it won't fall out easily. I want both sides replacements. Sash size about 32"x36".

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like your pivot shoe matches the 15-177. However, this assembly doesn't typically use three coil springs per side. We recommend using two springs per side at the maximum. If you can get back to us with the exact weight of the window sash, we can calculate the spring weights.

I'm not sure what you mean by top holders, however. Can we see a photo of that?

The #s on coils say 7 & yes there's 3 on each side. The window is oversized yet the top side clips allow it to too easily unclip & fall out

We can offer the S152-7 7-pound coil spring, but we don't recommend using three coil springs per side. Our Series 152 isn't designed to stretch so far just to screw into the pivot shoe. Your old springs may be designed for that, but ours aren't. However, the highest weight we have is the S152-9 9-pound coil spring. If you were to use two per side, it would only total 36 pounds of overall support.

The side clips sound like they may be tilt latches, but we'll have to see photos of them to determine if we have a comparable match.
