Hi there, thanks for writing in. We unfortunately won't be able to replace just the cam, but if you're interested in a substitute for the whole shoe then consider our 15-215. This looks to be a close match to me.

i was repainting bathroom,cleaning widows and tilted sash in to clean outside and reclosed from bottom and heard a crack.my inside left side cam has a part that broke off.I took picture.I want to make sure I can order the correct part.I had the window down too far when I tilted closed.The right side looks ok.
