Window casement replacement parts

Question

Hi, My windows casement (crank unit) is no good anymore. I can open but can't close the window tight since the gear is slipping. I was able to get these number from the crank case. It is

4505601 US PAT
PAT CAN 1986
UK PAT 2135367
MADE IN USA

Could you let me know if you carry this part or if there is a direct replacement for it. Thank you for your help.

Hi Mike. If you could, we'd like for you to consider our 39-013 and 39-014 casement operators as possible candidates on replacements. We'd like for you to compare your arm size measurements to ours. Do they match up? If they should be different, let us know how.
