Window channel balance

Thanks for your posting! Your channel balance looks like it can be replaced with the S795-15 Balance. The length of the metal channel is 15". I believe you'll need the 14-3 stamp option, but it would be a good idea to confirm that your sash weighs between 8 to 12lbs. 

To replace the pivot shoe and the pivot bar, take a look at the 15-046 Pivot Shoe and the 26-040 Pivot Bar.
