If the T-lock shoe is the only part that is broken, take a look and review the dimensions of the 15-195 shoe. These parts clip on and off of the metal channel.

If you would like to replace the full balance, it will require a custom order as yours uses the 15-198 hook at the top for installation. We would need to assemble this hook on the Series 795 channel balance for you. This balance comes equipped with the T-lock shoe. Let me know how you would like to move forward!
