A home owner from Odessa Fl says:
Hi currently have channel stamped with 2290 29. It is 23 inches long. Can you tell me what your part number is for this?

I also need the replace the top plastic window shoes. The channel width is 11/16" and the channel depth is 1/2". What part number should I order for this?

Hi, Jim.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory. Can you also show us a picture of your stamp? The video below will go over exactly what we'll need.

Thanks, Jim! It appears you have either our S351-23 or S390-23 channel balance, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. The Series 351 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 390 comes attached with a 1-1/8" shoe. Measure as shown below and see which one matches best. The "29" on your balance might indicate the weight of your sash which means you would need the 2260 stamp option. We recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm.
