Window coil & Pivot bar replacements

Question

Thanx for your help. Have windows put in over 20 years ago by window world. Have problems w/ these that they say they can't help me with. I cannot see any numbers or manufacturers on these parts. They are:
Coil snapped - coil - 1/2" wide - pics 1-3, this is on a bathroom window single hung
Pivot bar broke - 3' long - pics 4-5 (couldn't upload any more pics to show install). By measurements (length, holes etc) seems like this might be part 26-378

Thanks for your post! The balance shoe you have here is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It is used with the Series 190 Coil Balance. Carefully review the specifications below to confirm the shoe is the right fit.

You may also need the 15-186 Coil Support Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing.

Regarding the coil springs, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil. If there aren't any, I'll need to know the exact sash weight. Please see our video tutorial, detailing how to choose a weight option, for an in depth explanation.

The pivot bar you have is similar to the 26-378; however, this isn't a pivot bar we typically see used with this shoe. If it has worked and the measurements are match, it should be fine for the replacement but the pivot bar we most often recommend is the 26-040.

Be sure to review both of their specifications.
