Window coil balance

Home Owner from New Mexico
Hello. We recently moved into this home and have a window that doesn't open smoothly or easily. Attached are pictures of the window coil balance. Besides the patent numbers it looks like part # 801020 is the only identifier. There is also  "B2" listed on one of them as well. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hello there. I am confident we can replace these coil balances, but we'll need you to remove the assembly and tell us the thickness or width of the coil tape. We'll also need a picture of the pivot shoe the springs attach to. We should be able to narrow it all down from there.

Hello, attached are all the pieces. The tape looks to be 1/2" wide, the one attached to the shoe is labeled 9#, 35", the one coil attached to that one is labeled 7.5#, 35".

This is perfect, thanks. The pivot shoe is the 15-199. The 1/2" wide coils are the Series 160 springs. For a spring stamped '9', use the S160-09 9 pound spring. For a spring stamped '7', see the S160-07 7.5 pound spring. For new coil housing, see the 15-150D Double Housing. Let us know if you have further questions.
