Hi there. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Any spring stamped '7' can be replaced with the S152-7 7 pound spring. If your old coil housing is undamaged you can reuse it--otherwise see the 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These parts 'sandwich' around each individual coil. Finally, for the pivot bar, compare an undamaged version to the 26-226, 26-030 and 26-466. See if one of these match what you have.
