Window brand name is "norandex" I didn't check weight of window
It's hard to take out this window again to get weight
But it's heavy and I can tell you size 27"*36"
Coil width is 0.75"

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to get started. First, we'll need to see the pivot shoe that the coils attach to fully removed from the window. Also, please write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe.
There should also be numbers stamped on the original coils that indicate the strength options needed for your replacements. If not, we will need you to confirm the exact weight of the window sash.

Though we do not carry an exact match for your original coil balance, we believe we found a system that should work for your Norandex window. For the pivot shoe, you'll use the 15-259, which should accept your pivot bar. Note that you might need to file down some of the tip to fit in the pivot shoe cam. The #15 on your balance coil spring indicates that you can use one S159-07 and S159-08 on each side. The coil springs are 40" long. If you need a new cover for the springs, see the 15-256.
The 15-259 would be our best replacement option for your window. Pivot shoes also need to be made of sturdy material since they are under constant tension. If you haven't already, you could try using some silicone spray to help insert the shoe into the jamb opening. You could also consider enlarging the cutout slightly if needed.
