Please start by reviewing the Series 161 coil balance assembly. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!
Unfortunately I cannot confirm if the original housing reads a 6 or 9. You will need to weigh the window sash to confirm.
If the sash weighs 12 pounds, you will need the S161-06 on each side of the sash, but if the sash weights 18 pounds, you will need the S161-09 on each side. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!

The roller tilt you are offering looks pretty darn identical to the ones on my windows.
I will order a couple to try out.
The vendor unfortunately does not sell replacement parts to consumers/customers for their purchased window products.
