Window coil pulls

A handy person from Omaha, nebraska says:
I need to find these vinyl windows pulls. They are of a coil resemblance, appears to be from the 90's. I have almost non legible numbers that appears to be the serial and maker number identifier. Please let me know if you carry these.

Thanks for posting. I am confident we have a replacement coil balance assembly that would work for you however, I will need to see a photo of your parts removed from the window to determine that.

Removing them will make it easier to confirm the measurements of the shoe and you will need to confirm the stamps/markings from the metal coils to determine the correct spring strength for your window.

A handy person from Omaha, nebraska says:
I am sending 4 pic's with current window view, front, back and side view. The last 3 are removed from the window. Thank you.

Your shoes appear to be our 15-111 pivot shoe. These are compatible with the Series 160 as well as the Series 165 Coil Springs.

I believe you may need the S160 coils, but it would be best to confirm the thickness of your coil balance spring. If it is 1/2" thick then you will need the S160 coils which are compatible with the 15-150D dual support.

If it is 3/8" thick you'll need the S165 coils, compatible with the 15-204 dual support.

Once you've confirmed the thickness of your coil, you'll be able to use the stamps/markings from your metal coils to determine the spring strength needed for your window. If there are no stamps, you will have to obtain the exact weight of the window and divide the weight by the number of coils in the window to determine the correct spring.

A handy person from Omaha, nebraska says:
Hi, tried calling you to expedite as I am kind in a bind. If you need the width of the coil it's 1/2" the coil itself when it's all coiled up appears to be no more than 3/16. There are no stamps on the coil. The window width is 26" (26/4=6.5). I will need strength of 6.5. I am willing to buy both sizes if necessary. Time is an essence to me. Case D281-204.

Okay, great. Since the width of the coil is 1/2" and stamped with a 6.5,  you'll need the S160-6 coils. Again, this is compatible with 15-111 shoe as well as the 15-150D covers.
