Window coil replacement

Hello,
I am trying to figure out what parts I need to fix our window. There are missing pieces so I'm having difficulty figuring out what to order. I attached photos of what I can see and have. The two pieces in the window still have a 7 and 7 on them. The coil appears to be 0.5" wide.
I know I don't have a lot of information to provide, but is there anyway you can assist?

Thanks for reaching out! I'll need to see a photo of the balance shoe to determine the correct replacements for the coils. Unfortunately, I am not able to see it from the angle in the photos.

Thanks for the photos. We do not have an exact match for this shoe but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe should work for the repair. These are compatible with the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance, which are attached with the 33-072 screw.

Since yours are marked with a 7, you'll need the S152-7 to replace your coils. For the coil supports you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three are used together to create the support.

One more thing, there was a 5 and a 7. So do I order one 7 pound and one 5 pound coil? Appears it was a double coil system.

Yes, you would need the S152-5 to replace the coils marked with a 5. You'll need to be sure to attach (1) 5lb coil and (1) 7lb coil on each shoe to ensure the sash weight is distributed evenly.

This setup will support a sash weighing 24lbs.
