Window coil replacement

Question

Hi -

The part shown in the picture broke and my window will not open. The same part on the other side of the window looks bad as well.

Any suggestions on fixing this?

Sure, we should be able to help. It looks like just the balance covers have broken. See our 15-150D, which is 1/2 thick, and our 15-204, which is 3/8" thick. If you need the other parts such as the spring, we will need to see a clear picture of the pivot shoe. That will tell us what other balance parts will work.
