Window coil spring

the window would not stay open so I removed the coil spring. the spring has a 3A on it. looking for a replacement

Thanks for writing in! I believe the Series 140 Coil Balance should work for your repair. Since the spring is marked with a 3, I believe you'll need the S140-03.

This assembly is compatible with the 26-398 and 26-405 pivot bars. Their specifications can be found on the website.

You'll need to look over the specifications and compare them to determine the best match for the one in your window.

They each have different dimensions.
