Window crank

Question

Hi there. We are having issues with several of our window cranks.They each spin open line but it seems to be stripped when trying to spin the window closed again. We have to pull the window in manually. The base of the window crank is 5 inches and the long arm is about 10.5 inches.Do you sell a replacement part like this?

Thanks for posting. This looks like either the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators, or the very similar 39-438B and 39-439B. The difference between these two sets of operators is the appendage at the end of the link arm. The video below explains more. See what your operators use to determine which pair matches what you need.

In either case, for covers and handles that work with these operators, see the 39-375 and 39-376 or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
