Thanks for posting! There is a strong likelihood we can make a recommendation for the window operator you are searching for. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the original hardware to identify what you have.

Please include a photo of the base of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Thanks for the additional photos. The operator you have is an older, discontinued GU operator. To replace it, we recommend using the 39-315 and 39-316 Truth Dyad Operator. The compatible handle is the 39-114L Crank Handle.
