I wish to buy replacement cranks. Crank body is cracked, thus disabling the movement of the gears. Are these available through your company. If so please notify me as to price. Thank you.

We may be able to help, yes. Before I can recommend a replacement, however, can you show me a picture of the entire operator? The arm appears to have been cut out of your shot, and we will need to see that before we can find a good match. Thanks!

Perfect, thank you! Looks like you have a longer arm. What is the length, exactly? I figure it'd be around 13-1/2". If so, check out our 39-013 and 39-014 casement window operators. Note that we measure the arm length from the tip of the arm to the center of the base.
