Window crank Truth Hardware Entry Guard Dyad

I ordered the replacement part 39-035 for the above part but my contractor is telling me it operates the wrong direction. I didn't notice an option for that part and had no idea it would be a factor. I need to get the correct part and possibly return the one I ordered.

Hello! Your contractor is quite right. I recommend the 39-036, instead. This is the opposite hand side of the 39-035. Note the position of the arm in relation to the gears.
