Window crank arm

Question

I can open the windows but they won't close crank arm turns until they come out completely both left and right sides (2 windows) name on part says entrygard truth. Are these parts available and do I have to replace the whole operator or just the crank arm? All the teeth on the gears look good still. Thank you

Unfortunately the full operator will need to be replaced as it appears the worm gear is stripped out of the operator. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-035 and 39-036 operators to see how they compare to your original. I
