We have Pella crank out windows in our sunroom. Two of these mechanisms have need to be replaced. Can you tell me the part numbers for these and how I can order them? Let me know if you need any further information.

Hey there, thanks for writing in! It appears you have an older GU operator which has been discontinued and is no longer made. The good new is, we do have a replacement solution that should work to help with replacing this hardware. For this project, you'll need the 39-316 casement operator; the opposite handed version is 39-315.

These are compatible with the 39-513 and 39-514 brackets. To determine the exact bracket needed for your window, you'll have to compare them to your existing bracket.

You may also need the 39-114L non-folding or 39-205 folding crank handle.
