Window crank not functioning

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That will help us narrow down your options.

Thanks! These photos are a huge help. My first guess would be our 39-013 and 39-014. Just note that these have 13-1/2" long arms, measured like how we show in the diagram below. You should check yours just to be sure it's the same. If yours is shorter just let me know and I can find a better match. We have plenty of options.
