Window crank not working

Question

Arm falls out of the track due to the bottom cell plastic pieces, broken so window jumps off the bottom track would like to replace all the mechanisms both tracks handle crank

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your casement window operator looks like it could be either the 39-013 or the 39-027E. To confirm which of these is the right replacement, you'll need to carefully compare each of their dimensions .

Both of these style operators are compatible with the same 39-114L Crank Handle. They also use the same tracks but you'll need to measure your track length and confirm the number of holes in the track; I've tagged them all below.
