Window crank operator

Hi I'm looking for a replacement part for this operator. I purchased the house recently so I have no information on who made the window. It's about 4" long.

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Thank you for the additional pictures! This is a huge help. It looks like you have an old discontinued GU operator. These aren't made anymore but take a look at our 39-315 and 39-316 operators, along with the video below, to see if you can use these as a substitute.
