Thanks for reaching out! I believe the replacement operator you need is the 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator. The opposite handed version is the 39-316. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware. 

The compatible crank handle is the 39-114L.
