Window cranks

Quick Learner from Garnet Valley, PA
Good morning. I am trying to replace my window crank handles. As you can see in the picture, the crank has busted out of the casing (I have several of these in the house). Unfortunately, I do not know the manufacturer of the windows as I am the second owner and have no additional information.

If you can help direct in the right direction to get replacements, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hey there, thanks for writing in! It appears you have an older GU operator which has been discontinued and is no longer made. The good new is, we do have a replacement solution that should work to help with replacing this hardware. For this project, you'll need the 39-315 casement operator; the opposite handed version is 39-316.

You may also need the 39-114L non-folding or 39-205 folding crank handle.

Take a look at the video below for details on how to replace this operator.
