Window does not fully close

Question

Our window does not close properly. We need to have the AC on but our window wastes it alll. I have put a picture showing what's broken we need the part ASAP

Hello,

It looks like your hinge is broken, which resembles the 36-048 set. Note that these hinges have a 10" base that attaches to the window sill.

If you need new operators as well, I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-013 with a 13-1/2" long arm to yours. We also offer the smaller 39-027E with a 9-1/2" long arm. Take a look to see if one of these matches your assembly. Thank you!
