I need replacement coils but don't know the window manufacturer

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you fully remove the sash and show us a photo of the pivot shoe? That will help us ID the coil balances.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but we recommend you consider the 15-177. The Series 152 are the compatible coil springs (sold separately). Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

If you can get back to us with the sash weight, we'd be happy to calculate the coil weights needed for the window.

Thank you! You can use one S152-7 7-pound spring on each side of the window for a total of 14 pounds of support. If you need a new coil support, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These parts are meant to sandwich over the spring. 

I also want to mention that the S152 coil spring is designed to screw to the side of the pivot shoe, so please see the 33-072 screw (sold separately).
