Window fell out and broke

This is a window daughters house, the window fell out and we need to replace the side springs and 1 bottom bar that attaches to the window frame. Also, if only 1 side of the glass broke, then can we get that repaired, new glass on 1 side?

For the broken glass, you can take the sash to the nearest glass shop for them to replace it.

As for the balance system itself, we will need you to remove it from the window and give us dimensions. Specifically, we need the width and thickness of the pivot shoe and the thickness of the spring. Also give us the number on the spring itself. Thanks!

there are 2 springs in each balance, 7.5 35 inch, and a 6.5 35 inch, each is 1/2 inch wide. I will need to purchase a couple of these whole parts, with the bar that attaches to the bottom of the window. Thanks

Thank you this is great, the videos etc. The current coil balance housing is Part # 801020. Will the 15-199 17/32 inch pivot shoe work with the existing coils and current coil balance housing? Also do you have the part # for the Bar, the Window Pivot Bar?

Thank you! The pivot shoe resembles our 15-199, and the coil balance springs look like our S160-6 and S160-7. See what you think. I'm just not sure if your old pivot bar can work with this shoe. If you can also show us the pivot bar out, and with dimensions, we can confirm.

Here is the pivot bar. Is there a replacement for me?

I may be better off just replacing the 30X54 window, as the single hung glass both sides of double pane on the bottom sash will need replacing. Plus parts.

I believe you can use our 26-378 pivot bar. Compare measurements on our site before you decide.
