15 year old windows

Does not close all the way.

Replace parts on window top that catch the top of this. The balance is stamped 2730 BSI OH.

Thanks for your patience during the holiday season. Based on your pictures, I would recommend either our S380-28 or S385-28, depending on the size of your shoe. You will need to measure yours and refer to the dimensions we show on our site to confirm the better match.

There is a part on the window that the balance catches, do you have part number for that as well?

It sounds like you're talking about either the take out clip, which might match our 16-002, or top sash guide, which has too many possible matches to recommend anything specifically. You can see our entire selection here.
