Hi Jennifer. We may be able to help replace this window operator, but unfortunately we cannot proceed further without seeing a picture of the entire operator mechanism. We need to see the entire assembly, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window. If you could open the window and give us a bird's eye view of the whole assembly including those arms, that would help a bunch. From there we'll do our best to narrow this down for you.
I don't see a significant difference in size between your arm and ours. It does appear to be roughly 3-15/16" from center of rivet to center of hole. Can you verify that? Make sure that you're not measuring the full length of the arm, just from center of rivet to center of hole, same as how we show on the diagram above.
