Window hardware for 30 year old craftline windows

Question

Most of our windows are okay, with some that still have working mechanisms but the plastic part located at the end of the arm is not removable and comes out of the track on the actual window itself when you try to open it or close it. Therefore, we are looking for at least 4 complete sets.

We can help, but there are a few different options depending on the size of your arm. I can't quite tell based on your photo what your arm length is, but it seems on the long side. If so, start with our 39-013 and 39-014. These have arms measuring 13-1/2" long, so see how they compare to yours.
