Window hardware needed

In need of the metal post that is screwed in to the bottom of the window (picture shows good side of window. Other side broke off) as well as the slide block, coils (looks like dual coils) and cover. These are Simonton windows that have tension and unlatch and fold out. Any help you can provide with what parts these are would be appreciated.
