Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with a replacement operator. Although, I cannot confirm which one you'll need, with certainty, because I cannot see the bearing at the end of the arm.  

I believe your casement operator may be an older version of our 39-013 (and its opposite handed version, part 39-014). Start with carefully comparing the dimensions and design of your operator to the diagram below to determine if this is the right replacement.

The compatible crank handles are the 39-114L non-folding and 39-205 folding crank handles.
