Thanks for posting. This looks like our 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which uses either our 1/2" Thick Series 160 Coil Springs, or our 3/8" Thick Series 165 Springs. You will need to compare the thickness of your springs to see which Series you need. Look for stamp codes on the springs themselves that indicate what spring weights you need. If you are uncertain, give us the exact weight of your window sash, and we can work it out for you.

For a new cover, see our 15-150D or 15-150T, depending on how many springs you need on each side of the sash. Let us know if you have any other questions.
