Window part

I wanted to get this bottom part of the window. I attached 4 pictures. The first 3 are from a different window showing the piece we need and the last one is the window with the missing piece. The window is 14.5 wide

It looks like you need a new operator track. Can you show us a bird's-eye-view of your operator? Once we ID the operator, we can determine the compatible tracks.

Great, thank you! Our 39-253RB & 39-253LB or 39-438B & 39-439B operators resemble what you have here depending on the guide that's used at the end of the arm. The video below will explain the differences.

If you happen to have the 39-253RB & 39-253LB which use the 39-529, then my recommendation would be the 39-528 track. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
