Unfortunately, we do not have an exact match for your pivot shoe. However, there is a chance that our 17/32" thick 15-199 could work as a replacement. Compare the dimensions to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right fit.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick S160-10 coil spring or the 3/8" thick S165 coil spring. If you need the S165, you'll need to use two S165-5 coils on each side. To determine which series you need, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your coil spring. Thanks for posting! 

17/32" is slightly more than 1/2" at .53", so the thickness shouldn't be a problem. 

You'll still need to measure your original springs to determine if you need the 1/2" thick S160 or 3/8" thick S165 coil springs.
