Window part missing

Question

The window was removed and the piece that slides up and down in the track is missing.  The pictures shows the part in place and the side that it is missing.  The window fits into this assembly.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that the T-lock shoe has detached from the channel balance. Please review the dimensions of the 15-195 to confirm a good fit. This shoe snaps into the bottom of the metal channel. Please see the video below.

If you are in need of the full balance, please review the Series 795 channel balance. It appears that your balance might install using a hook like the 15-198 at the top instead of a screw. If this is the case, please let me know as it will require a custom order to assemble for you.
