Thanks for posting! The coil balance shoe you have here appears to be an older, discontinued Simonton coil shoe. To replace this, we suggest using the 15-259 Coil Balance Shoe which is used with the Series 159 Coil Balance. The coils are compatible with either the 15-255 single support or the 15-256 double support.

Keep in mind, your existing pivot bar isn't likely to be compatible with the recommended shoe. That said, you'll also need the 26-083 Pivot Bar.
