Channel Balances, T-Lock Shoes, and Weatherstripping Needed

Need to repair and or replace block and tackle for some windows and Replace some bottom sill seals. Attaching pics of identification sticker. And other issues. Any help appreciated thanks!

Hi there. Let;s start with your balance. May we we have the length of the balance, along with any stampings or markings that may appear on the balance? For the weatherseal on your window, we will need for you to remove a portion of it and send us some photos showing it from an end profile. We would also need for you to provide measurements of the part.

The block and tackle is 28" long and has a stamp "28C" on one side. The bottom weather seal does not seem to detach easily. I tried the four screws I the bottom of the window but didn't notice any promise of releasing the seal.

Any thoughts on these items appreciated thanks.

For your channel balance, see our S795-28, with a stamp option of 28C. You'll want to confirm that an undamaged version of your old T-Lock shoe matches the one that comes with this balance, our 15-195. As far as your weatherseal, could we see pictures of how and where it's installed? We should be able to advise from there.

Found some more information!

The screen for these windows state that they are Twin Seal 3-0 x 5-2 vinyl single hung traditional?? And we found that the bottom seal will slide out of a track when the bottom sash is rotated out of the frame. Completely removed. I will attach some photos this time and maybe we can get an order together.

Also found an odd clip and wondering where this fits in to the puzzle.

Thanks for getting back to us. This seal might be replaceable with our 58-171, 58-182, or 58-183; but you'll need to carefully compare the end profile dimensions to confirm this. I believe the bracket you show is just part of the Series 795 T-Lock Shoe. Let me know what you think.

Still at this and saw another discussion thread that included the information on the series 795 T lock shoe. Seem like the channel balance is this with the exception of the top. Mine seem to have the 1/4" tab hook instead of the screw attach point.
Q1. How much is the tab style as it seems like the term custom was used?
Q2. Is the screw mount usable into a vinyl window frame where the square cut hole is located?
Q3. My bottom pivot connection seems to be the 1-1/4" size. Are these fairly durable as mine all seem to have broken at that connection?

Thanks for the response. There's a small surcharge to add the 15-198 hook to the Series 795. However, if you do indeed have a square hole in the window track where this hook goes, then you can indeed fill that hole with the 26-200 screw plug and then use the standard Series 795. The T-Lock shoes should be durable, provided the correct balance stamp option is chosen. Let me know if you have any further questions.
