Coil support has part # 801020 stamped
Shoe measure - 1 1/4" wide, 1/2" thick and 1 7/16" to bottom of curve
Coil spring - 1/2" wide...has #3.5 35" p stamped in ink on coil spring.

Think these may be parts I need, could you verify since shoe length is 7/16" to 1/2" shorter than original. Not sure if it really matter.

Part # 801020, part # 15-111 or 15-191, and part # S160.3

Beginning with your pivot shoe, I am actually leaning towards our 15-199. Have a look and see what you think. This can be used with the S160-3 coil spring and 15-150D coil double support. Check out each piece and let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
