Simonton Window parts

I'm looking for the balance parts for two Simonton windows with the attached information. They are from 2009.

One window won't stay up and the other I can only move up about six inches and it won't go any further.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Your nylon coil spring cover looks like our 15-204, which uses our 3/8" thick Series 165 coil spring. You can also use the 15-199 pivot shoe. Please review our dimensions and videos for further help.
