Please confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the bottom shoe attachment. If it's 28" long, it looks like you need an S795-28 with a stamp option of 28C. There's a few things to clarify first however. Please confirm that T-Lock Shoe is 1-1/4" wide. Secondly, your balance seems to attach to the window jamb using a hook like our 15-198. Our standard Series 795 balances use a screw-on clip instead. Therefore we likely will need to custom build balances for you with these hooks attached. This is a simple process and we can do it without problem. However, there may be another solution. Can you show me a picture of a hole in the window track where these balances attach to? Depending on its shape, we may be able to come up with another idea. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. Good news! That square hole means you can use our 26-200 screw plug to install our standard S795-28, with a stamp code of 28C. Let me know if you have any other questions.
