Window parts

A home owner from 60118 says:
I'm not sure on brand. The windows were installed in 2003. The inside of this part has silver coils and they are attached with a screw.

Looks like you need a coil balance. We can help, but I'll need you to remove the sash from the window frame and show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe. This is a square or rectangular piece of plastic to which the coil springs attach.

Please let me know if I took pictures of the correct parts. Thank you

I can see the pivot shoe in your third photo, but it is too obscured for me to identify. You need to remove the sash from the frame before you take your picture so that we can see as much of it as possible.

Here is the base without the window.

Thanks! That looks like our 15-199, which means you likely have our 3/8" thick Series 165. You should check your thickness to ensure that's the same. This spring is compatible with the 15-205 double support.
