It looks like you just need a new pivot shoe. See our 15-215 for my recommendation. I think this may be just what you're looking for.

We also sell the Series 140 coil balance, if you wanted a whole new assembly.

A home owner from Pittsburgh says:
Hi Tom
I think I want to get the series 140 coil balance single spring for the windows should I get the 6 8 or 10 lb ???

Tom from SWISCO responded:

That's not something I can answer. You will need to refer to the stamp printed on your old assembly to confirm.

A home owner from Pittsburgh says:
Hi Tom
I am sending two pictures of my old parts hopefully that will help you to know what size I need
6 8 10 lbs
Thanks for your help
Bill

Tom from SWISCO responded:

These pictures don't really tell me anything new, Bill. If there is no stamp on the old balance that explicitly tells you how much weight they carry, I will need you to tell me two pieces of information:

  1. The exact weight of the sash these balances support, down to the ounce.
  2. The number of springs used to support it on each side.

With that information, I can recommend a weight rating.
